We are a UK-wide specialist clearance company. Although the team is based in northern England, we routinely travel to every town and city listed on this page — and we frequently work outside this list as well, particularly for executors, social landlords and insurers who need a single trusted contractor across multiple properties.
The directory below covers our most-requested locations. Each town has its own page with a short local history, the postcodes we cover, a Google map of the area, customer reviews from that town, and answers to the questions people in that town most often ask. If your area isn't listed, please call our helpline anyway — we will almost certainly attend.

Don't see your town?
This list isn't a hard boundary. We attend properties in many smaller towns and rural areas not listed above — particularly when we're already working a route, when an executor needs a single contractor across multiple properties, or when an emergency call comes in. If your address is not on the list, call our helpline on 0800 494 7220 and we will tell you straight away whether we can help.
For commercial work, social landlords, housing associations and insurance loss adjusters we cover the whole of mainland Great Britain. Please ring directly to discuss multi-property contracts.
