Framework contracts and consolidated invoicing
Where a public-sector or private-sector client needs clearance work on multiple properties — multiple housing units, an estate of care homes, a portfolio of let properties — we can set up a framework contract with agreed unit rates, online job booking, consolidated monthly invoicing, and a single account manager. We hold framework arrangements with several northern English local authorities and would be happy to discuss the same with you. Setup is straightforward and the operational savings on the procurement side are substantial.
Confidential document destruction
Where office or hospital clearance involves confidential records — personnel files, medical records, financial documents, legal correspondence — we destroy to the DIN 66399 P-4 standard (cross-cut shredding to particles no larger than 160mm²) by default, and to P-5 (particles no larger than 30mm²) where required for highly-sensitive material. A Certificate of Destruction is issued for every batch. Our shredding partner is BSI-accredited and audited annually.
School and educational estate work
School clearances have their own particular profile: end-of-term decant of a closed building, asbestos-aware clearance of pre-1990 estates, disposal of obsolete IT equipment to the WEEE recovery standard, sensitivity around materials that have personal-data implications (pupil work, staff files). We work to safeguarding-cleared procedures with DBS-checked operatives for all on-site work in occupied buildings, and we can attend within term times where this is unavoidable.
Frequently asked questions
Are you on any local-authority frameworks?
Yes — we hold framework arrangements with several northern English local authorities for housing-clearance work. Please get in touch to discuss adding us to your authority's approved supplier list.
Can you destroy confidential documents to DIN standard?
Yes. P-4 cross-cut shredding is our default, with P-5 available for high-sensitivity material. Certificate of Destruction issued for every batch.
How do you handle WEEE waste for office and school clearances?
All IT and electrical equipment goes through a WEEE-recovery route, with hard drives shredded or wiped to DoD 5220.22-M standard prior to recovery. We provide waste-transfer documentation and the recycling rates achieved.
Do you have public liability insurance suitable for commercial premises?
Yes — £5 million public liability and £10 million employers' liability. Insurance certificates available on request.
Can you handle squatted commercial premises?
Yes, under your possession order. We attend with the enforcement officer, photograph and inventory contents (biohazard risk is common), and clear to a re-marketable standard.
